요약

전력설비의 규모와 복잡성이 증가함에 따라 설비 상태를 정밀하게 평가할 수 있는 진단기술의 필요성이 확대되고 있다. 이러한 기술개발이 실효성을 갖기 위해서는 관련 법·제도와 국가 전기안전 정책에 기반한 방향 설정이 필수적이다. 본 고에서는 국내 전기안전 정책의 주요 법률, 제도, 기본계획을 중심으로 현재의 정책 체계를 공유하여 기술개발과의 연계 방향을 제시한다.

 

Abstract

The growing scale and complexity of power facilities highlight the increasing need for advanced diagnostic·prognostic technologies. Effective technology development requires clear alignment with relevant laws and national electric safety policies. This paper outlines Korea’s electric safety policy framework to support the development of policy-aligned diagnostic technologies.
